Austin, Texas (PRWEB) August 06, 2016 -- Based on a memorandum from The U.S. Department of Labor which released its annual announcement regarding the rate for Service Contract Act (SCA) Health and Welfare Fringe Benefits, the rate will remain at $4.27 per hour, effective July 29, 2016.
The policy of retaining two different methods for determining compliance will be continued again this year. The employee-by-employee benefit rate of $4.27 per hour translates to $170.80 per week and $740.13 per month.
