The Botson Agencies Joins the Parker’s Purpose Organization in Charity Drive to Benefit Families of Critically Ill and Disabled Children
Fremont, OH (PRWEB) August 25, 2017 -- The Botson Agencies, a Fremont area insurance management and financial planning firm with offices serving communities in western Ohio, is launching a charity drive to support the Parkers Purpose organization and raise community awareness and support for their efforts to provide assistance to ill and disabled children.
Parker’s Purpose was named after a young man named Parker who, though diagnosed with muscular dystrophy, overcame his disability and inspired those around him. To date, Parker’s Purpose has raised more than $250,000 to provide more than 200 regional families with financial assistance to cover medical expenses related to illness and disability.
“We stand by this organization’s mission to support families in need and want to do our part in ensuring that these children have a fighting chance at recovering,” says Kym Botson, principal agent and director of the Botson Agencies.
Botson and her team are working to share the Parker’s Purpose story and help raise publicity and donations for the organization by connecting with local Ohio residents through a series of email and social media broadcasts. This marks the second extended charity drive sponsored by the Botson Agencies since the firm became a western Ohio representative of the “Agents of Change” network.
