The Bowdoin Group Adds New Vice President, Practice Leader
WALTHAM, Mass. In his role, he will refine the go-to-market strategy and partner with influencers in the innovation economy to identify growth opportunities in Boston and nationally.
Scott brings nearly 25 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of executive search consulting and strategic hiring planning. Prior to joining Bowdoin in October, Scott was a senior member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team for Gartner, the world leader in research and advisory services. Scott joined Gartner after founding two executive search firms, including 75 Search Partners, which became the leading financial services executive search boutique in Boston. Scott co-led the sale of 75 Search Partners to Heidrick & Struggles, and continued on as a Partner and Executive Search Consultant at the global firm.

Scott will be working closely with other executives at The Bowdoin Group as he begins his work, and will initially focus on the Financial Services and FinTech markets before eventually shifting his efforts to the firm’s Software practice. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature from Harvard University.
