The Bridge Hotel Chertsey Launch Its New Menu Just In Time For Spring
(PRWEB UK) 24 February 2014 -- The Bridge Hotel based in Chertsey Surrey is home to the beautiful Boathouse Restaurant which boasts stunning views of Chertsey Bridge and The River Thames.
The Hotel also benefits from sumptuous décor to its Boathouse Restaurant thanks to a £500,000 renovation in 2012 and friendly professional waiting staff.
As of February 20th a new menu will be launched at The Boathouse Restaurant in Chertsey for all guests to enjoy.
The resident head chef at the hotel has spent a lot of time with his team of professionals to create new dishes and create modern twists on some old classics.
The Boathouse Restaurant menu is packed full of different cuisines such as traditional English, French, Italian and even Jamaican.
Some of the classic dishes guests can expect to find on the menu are, sizzling chicken fajitas, beer battered fish & chips and poached salmon fillet.
Our resident chef’s signature dishes that you can find on the new menu include;
• Slow cooked beef meaty rib with a horseradish mash, carrot & parsnip puree served with a natural sauce
• Pot roast partridge served with streaky bacon, leeks, pearl barley, cabbage and white wine & cider sauce
• Monkfish, salmon & red pepper skewers served with fragrant rice, honey glazed pak choi and a lemongrass and chilli dressing
The new menu gives diners the opportunity to take part in the experience coined ‘steak on a stone’ where a volcanic stone is heated to 400 degrees Celsius.
Diners can then cook their steak on the super-heated volcanic stone which ensures it is cooked to absolute perfection, whilst enjoying a unique dining experience.
The reinvented menu also showcases the hotels brunch, lighter lunch options and even a range of decadent desserts to tuck in to.
Neil Wheeler, General Manager, at The Bridge Hotel said, “I am delighted to offer this great tasting menu to our customers, everything looks really delicious and we are committed to using the freshest ingredients in our recipes.”
Neil went on to state, “The food we sell meets the highest standards of quality, freshness and seasonality; no food leaves our kitchen that we ourselves would not eat. The menu development was aimed to keep our concept fresh, exciting and on the cutting edge of the hospitality industry and combines both modern-creative and traditional styles of cooking.
“I know all our customers who come through our doors will leave impressed by Chef’s menu and excited to come back again,” he added.
