This partnership offers C12 members and their employees access to an array of highly regarded degree programs to further equip them with a curriculum dedicated to using Christ-centered business principles and servant leadership.

Through this new partnership, LeTourneau University will connect current students with C12 members who lead established, faith-focused companies. Additionally, C12 companies and LETU faculty will have the opportunity to engage in research projects for specific company challenges and/or growth opportunities which will enable scholarly documentation reaffirming that Christ’s ways are the best ways.

LETU delivers industry-relevant programs that prepare graduates to live their faith in some of the most high-demand, high-impact fields, such as business, technology and healthcare management.
C12 members will be offered LETU’s current graduate-level curriculum in the MBA, Master of Strategic Leadership, Master of Healthcare Administration or Master of Engineering Management programs. At the undergraduate level, C12 members can enroll in the Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management, Computer Information Systems or Health Information Systems. All of the degree programs are offered in flexible, online formats, allowing students to maintain their busy lives and schedules while completing their degrees.
LETU will provide courses to C12 members in a cohort model, limiting each cohort to C12 students only and enabling instructors to more carefully tailor examples and content to students’ needs. The first cohort is anticipated to begin in January 2016.
The partnership was initiated in collaboration with LeTourneau University’s Center for Faith and Work, which was created to equip, connect and mobilize Christians to live out their faith in the workplace. The CFW does this through hosting classes, workshops, mentoring, consulting and networking others to quality resources, partners and events. LETU’s CFW helps Christians identify their giftedness and calling, and integrates biblical thinking into workplace strategy to align work and business practice with God’s principles.
