The Chartis Group Announces Seven Promotions to Firm Leadership

Collectively, these individuals possess the full spectrum of talents needed to deliver on the future potential of healthcare including enterprise strategy, value-based care, performance innovation, informatics and technology.

Three members of the firm’s partnership were promoted to Director. Their areas of expertise are as follows:
Pamela Damsky – Pamela Damsky is a leader in the firm’s Advanced Performance Solutions practice. She brings deep expertise in organizational strategy, alignment, clinical transformation and performance improvement as well as program development for value-based care delivery.
Cindy Lee – Cindy Lee is a leader in the firm’s Value-Based Care practice. The lead partner on the west coast, she focuses on the development of organizational strategies for value-based payment models and population health infrastructure for multi-party ventures and single system networks.
Peter Shorett – Peter Shorett is a leader in the firm’s Strategy practice. His areas of expertise span enterprise strategy, joint ventures and affiliations, mergers and acquisitions, network development, and primary care development and design.
Four colleagues were promoted to the firm’s partnership as Principals. Their areas of expertise are as follows:
Myra Aubuchon – Myra Aubuchon is the Clinical Performance Excellence leader for the firm’s Informatics and Technology practice. Her breadth of expertise includes strategic planning for healthcare delivery systems, growth strategies, organizational and IT strategic alignment and change management.
Jodi Capistrant – Jodi Capistrant is a leader in the firm’s Advanced Performance Solutions practice. Her work is concentrated in the creation of advanced care delivery models leading engagements in organizational alignment as well as operational and clinical innovation.
Brian Thygesen – Brian Thygesen is a leader in the firm’s Strategy practice. His consulting experience includes enterprise strategy development, physician alignment and integration, merger and affiliation assistance, and the development of accountable care organizations.
Mark Van Kooy, MD – Dr. Mark Van Kooy is a leader in the firm’s Informatics and Technology practice focusing on Clinical Performance Excellence. He is a clinically active physician with extensive experience in physician leadership and development, change management and performance improvement as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
