These industry veterans will play a key role in expanding The Clearing’s subject matter expertise and furthering its strategic growth plan.
Bill Wernick joins The Clearing as a Senior Principal with more than 30 years of management consulting experience in the public and private sectors. Mr. Wernick has a multi-disciplinary background that includes program and project management, strategic planning, business process analysis, organizational change management, business, transformation, and operation management. Mr. Wernick was also the Founder and Principal of Guest Metrics, where he conceptualized and wrote logic for Check-level Analysis, which provided a unified, comprehensive view into guest behavior and business performance. In his new role, Mr. Wernick will support clients’ needs in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, and strategy.
Theresa West is a Senior Principal and has worked with leaders to tackle topics such as emergency response, community sustainability, safety and health, and environmental protection. Ms. West is passionate about partnering with organizations that dare to make a difference. With over 25 years of professional experience in a broad range of areas including meeting design and facilitation, strategic planning, leadership development, organizational change, and stakeholder engagement, Ms. West will play a key role in helping clients align stakeholders on complex challenges for optimal results.
Tim Rund is a Senior Principal and a seasoned professional in shared services strategy and organizational transformation. At The Clearing, Mr. Rund’s focus will be on expanding mind share in the area of shared services and assisting with shared services transformative engagements. Prior to joining The Clearing, Mr. Rund played a crucial role in helping to create a collaborative space for public sector representatives and industry experts to design and deliver an enterprise-level, federal shared services strategy as a founding member of the Shared Services Round Table and the Shared Services Leadership Coalition.
