With the company being community-oriented, they are proud that their first addition, Tim Meyers not only brings a wealth of experience, but has five boys and serves the area as a coach.
Michelle Chenoweth has returned to real estate after taking a hiatus, and Missy Hodge joined the team as team coordinator and manager. They cover Tippecanoe County and surrounding counties and are continuing to expand their coverage, to soon, work in the entire state of Indiana.
With offices at 625 South Earl Avenue Ste. C, in Lafayette, the team concentrates on every service a client could need, including residential sales and new home construction. They also have represented one of the go-to builders in the area, Majestic Homes, for over three years. Their expertise also encompasses Fannie Mae repos, HUD foreclosures, buying and selling real estate, relocation information and qualification and mortgage data.
Chris Clugh, began her real estate career in 1989 and Phil began in 1980, enriching the company with a combined sixty-one years of experience.
