The Community Advocacy Network Names Representative Debbie Mayfield as Legislator of the Year
Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) July 14, 2016 -- Representative Debbie Mayfield was named the 2016 Legislator of the Year last week by the Community Advocacy Network (CAN), a statewide not-for-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to educating and assisting the millions of Floridians who live in common interest ownership communities, with the primary purpose of protecting and preserving their unique lifestyle.

Representative Mayfield is a member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing the 54th District, which includes Indian River County and Northern St. Lucie County, since 2012. Mayfield is currently Chair of the Business and Regulation Subcommittee for the House of Representatives. She also serves on the Agriculture & Natural Resources Appropriations Subcommittee, Energy & Utilities Subcommittee, Justice Appropriations Subcommittee and the Regulatory Affairs Committee. Representative Mayfield is a Candidate for Florida State Senate District 17.
