The Corrugated Pallets Company’s New Patent-Pending Pallet Runner Manufacturing Equipment Lowers Costs to Clients
Toronto, ON (PRWEB) June 09, 2015 -- The Corrugated Pallets Company (TCPC), which has over a decade of experience providing customers throughout North America with low-cost, durable, lightweight and recyclable corrugated pallets for both internal and external use, announced today that it has completed the design for their patent-pending pallet runner manufacturing equipment.
TCPC’s new equipment, which took two years to develop, allows the company to automate the creation of corrugated pallet runners that look and perform like those used to create wood pallets, and can be customized for a variety of lengths, widths and heights to suit customer requirements.
“We are experiencing steady growth as more companies switch from conventional heat treated wooden pallets to our lightweight corrugated pallets, which are less expensive, yet just as durable and fully recyclable,” commented TCPC’s Mike MacDonald. “Our new runner manufacturing equipment lets us increase production and quality, while lowering costs, which we pass on to our customers.”
The small footprint of the equipment combined with its affordability allows TCPC to deliver and install it for companies that want to manufacture their own branded corrugated runners. In addition, TCPC can manufacture corrugated pallets at various plant locations across North America to supply customers on a local basis.
Added MacDonald: “Due to prohibitive shipping costs, many companies are forced to purchase their pallets from a limited pool of suppliers – and sometimes, just one or two suppliers – that are located within about a 150 mile radius. However, the portability and affordability of our new patent-pending equipment changes allows our pallets to reach more companies. With just 120 days lead time, we can be up and running to supply a single customer or several, but at a significantly lower cost.”
