TCPC’s downloadable PDF Technical Data Sheets are available for the seven sizes that cover 90% of all pallets used in North America (42 x 42; 44 x 44; 45 x 45; 47.25 x 31.50; 48 x 40; 48 x 42; 48 x 48). Each 3-page document features:

• A scaled top-view rendering of both the corrugated pallet and runner.
• A listing of top sheet and bottom options.
• A table of truckload quantities (based on a 53’ truck).
• Pallet end views showing overall height and material handling clearance for deck options.
• Summarized pallet information, including: top sheet and bottom sheet (if applicable) materials, number of runners, weight, maximum stack and bundle amounts, maximum static and packing loads, and more.

Each size is available in 20 versions, which allows the company to design pallets that are suitable for light or heavy loads, and factor in different material handling equipment used by clients. TCPC also creates custom sizes that range from 24 x 20 to 48 x 156.
