The new flexible tumbler separator offers a sustainable design that allows for a variety of different sized parts to be separated with just one system.
The DynaCon Tumbler Separator is designed to separate parts/runner combinations not possible with standard tumbler or drum separators. The rotating cage features a cost-effective interchangeable sleeve, with custom holes, to allow for parts separation. The sleeve can be exchanged for another sleeve, with different sized holes, to meet changing separation needs. The interchangeable sleeves can be easily switched in and out in less than 60 seconds. The DynaCon tumbler separator is available in cage lengths of 2', 4' and 6' with an adjustable part introduction height from 1-1/2' to 4' tall. The parts separator offers a simple design with no complicated gear mechanisms to jam or break. The tumbler separator is powered by an energy efficient 1/30 HP variable speed brushless motor which is also maintenance free.
