The Experts Expands Leadership and Consulting Teams with New Executives

(The Experts), a global provider of IT, business process solutions, engineering and telecom, announced that it has expanded its senior leadership and consulting teams in the Global Technology & Business Consulting division with the addition of Howard Swerdloff as Director; Joel Boniske, as Practice Director; and Oliver Barrera as Senior Manager of Development and Application Consulting. Swerdloff is responsible for overall business strategy and managing the technical sales and project management activities; Boniske is responsible for leading the business development and marketing functions; and Barrera will lead the Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice and provide CRM consulting to clients.

Howard Swerdloff brings more than 20 years of financial accounting and business technology leadership and consulting experience in the Microsoft Dynamics product line to The Experts. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Dynamics Liaison with Global Tower Partners in Boca Raton, Florida where he provided Microsoft Dynamics financial system integration support, training and project management for the company. Before Global Tower Partners, Swerdloff spent 18 years as CEO of Winning Applications, providing Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM implementation, and business and management consulting services. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Florida International University in Miami and resides in Loxahatchee, Florida.
With more than 20 years of experience, Joel Boniske has a strong background in sales and marketing leadership, and practice development for Microsoft Solutions. Prior to joining The Experts, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Solutions@MBAF, a technology services firm and was co-founder of Citrine Technologies, a Microsoft Gold Partner providing Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM implementation and business and management consulting services. He attended the University of Florida and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Boniske, also a CPA, resides in Davie, Florida.
As a CRM consultant and Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect, Oliver Barrera has more than 15 years of experience successfully managing, designing, and delivering Microsoft Dynamics implementations. Prior to joining The Experts, he was a Senior Developer for SBA Communications in Boca Raton, Florida where he was responsible for Microsoft Dynamics CRM design, development, maintenance and training for the company. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Florida International University in Miami and currently resides in Miami.
