At a time of dramatic economic and social disruption and rapid technological change, more than 325 influential leaders from 49 countries are meeting in Malaga, Spain this week to explore the Future of Work, a subject of vital importance in every region of the world.

The event, hosted by Eisenhower Fellowships (EF) from Sept. 14 to 17, will feature nearly 50 prominent speakers from around the world and the organization’s new iLabs, interactive forums where Eisenhower Fellows will present 12 innovative projects designed to create concrete impacts after the conference.

In Malaga the prestigious independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit international leadership organization will present the findings of a new global poll of the attitudes of Millennials in 20 countries on their current and prospective employment situation and the evolving workplace. EF will also launch its inaugural Youth Leaders Network, more than 30 exceptional young leaders ages 18 to 25 from around the world.

Participants will explore economic and social drivers of change; the impact of technology and innovation, including artificial intelligence; labor mobility and gender and other demographic shifts; and the role of education in addressing the changing nature of work. The conference is co-hosted by the Eisenhower Fellows of Spain and Jordan, led respectively by Javier Cremades, Partner, Cremades & Calvo Sotelo in Madrid and Omar Aljazy, Partner, Aljazy & Co. Advocates and Legal Consultants in Amman.
