The Salvation Army is a non-profit known for giving back to the substance abuse and mental health community. The organization offers rehabilitation for addicts and alcoholics with little or no monetary means, other than a desire to recover from an addiction that causes physical, emotional and spiritual issues. The Harbor Light programs available at their Adult Rehabilitation Centers (ARC) provide spiritual, social and emotional assistance to men and women who are not able to cope with the consequences and challenges brought about by drug or alcohol abuse. A Salvation Army ARC can provide residential housing, work, and group or individual therapy, preparing participants to re-enter society and be gainfully employed.
The Gardens provides evidence-based treatment programs to help those suffering with addiction take their lives back.
