Peter Miller, CPCU, chief executive officer of The Institutes, presented Cavanaugh with the award.
Candidates for the 2013 Griffith Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award were nominated by The Griffith Foundation, then reviewed and selected by The Griffith Leadership Council, which includes influential insurance leaders and executives. This year’s winner was recognized for exemplary commitments to education and for his support of the missions of The Griffith Foundation and PCI.
