The Grommet Announces Winners of 2nd Annual Product Pitch at Fenway Park
Somerville, MA (PRWEB) March 24, 2014 -- The Grommet, an online marketplace and product launch platform for innovative and undiscovered products, today announced O-Rings by Increment and The Compost Shredder by Ecotonix as the winners of its 2nd Annual Product Pitch Competition which took place at Boston’s historic Fenway Park on Thursday, March 20th.
Both products receive a full launch on The Grommet and the chance to appear before the company's dedicated audience of over one million subscribers who turn to the company every day to discover the next amazing consumer product, months ahead of the curve. In addition, the teams are awarded with a custom workshop at The Grommet to lay groundwork for launch, and a suite of prizes and support from event sponsors including Gennari Aronson, MassChallenge, Shipwire, General Assembly, Grasshopper, and WeWork.
O-Rings by Increment is the winner of the competition’s Ready for Crowdfunding Award. In addition to above prizes, the team will receive a fees-waived crowdfunding campaign from Indiegogo, a dedicated campaign coach and professionally produced crowdfunding video and marketing materials.
