The Hoop Group Announces Summer 2014 Kevin Boyle Point Guard Camp Schedule
Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania (PRWEB) June 12, 2014 -- Camp and summer are fairly synonymous with one another. Hoop Group's Kevin Boyle Point Guard Camp will be taking place again this summer in the Pocono Mountains of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. The camp will be held during the weekends of June 21-22 and July 11-13.
The Pocono facility has 13 outdoor courts, 37 cabins with 8-20 bunks in each and a dining hall for all meals. The camp, which welcomes campers ages 9 and up, has a staff-to-camper ratio of 1:7.
Coach Boyle will lead a camp that includes some of the same drills that helped point guard Kyrie Irving develop into the 2011 NBA Rookie of the Year. With the help of several other highly experienced high school and college coaches, this camp will include early-bird workouts and workouts during free time as well as insightful and educational lectures.

About Kevin Boyle
Coach Boyle is a three time National Coach of the Year at the high school level and has over 600 wins. He is currently the head coach at Montverde Academy, where he led the team to a National Championship this past season. He previously coached at St. Patrick’s for 22 years, coaching numerous NBA and high Division 1 players. He is the first high school basketball coach to have players drafted #1 and #2 in consecutive years in the NBA Draft.
