The Hovnanian School announces its new website domain
New Milford, NJ (PRWEB) October 01, 2014 -- Over the summer, the Hovnanian School has moved its environment to upgraded cloud-based servers, email, and computer systems, with enhanced capabilities and full-time support services. In addition to this upgrade, the Hovnanian School has been expanding its academic and after school enrichment programs with the ultimate goal of creating multiple "Academies" at the Hovnanian School in the future.
This evolution represents a positive growth in expanding the Hovnanian School’s philosophy and mission statement to a potentially larger audience. The Hovnanian School's approach is comprised of five unique but overlapping elements that are woven through the curriculum and integrated into every aspect of school life. The school's philosophy of teaching and learning creates a warm, safe, and nurturing environment to allow each child to thrive in their own unique way.
The Hovnanian School’s learning experience is largely influenced by small class sizes and the close-knit community it produces. The school’s philosophy promotes self-esteem, self-respect, and self-confidence by allowing students from different age groups to interact and develop relationships across grade levels.
The multi-age experience eliminates fears, decreases teasing and bullying, and fosters community understanding within the school setting. It also helps make other projects that involve various grades more successful and enriching.
The close relationship made between administration, teachers, and students without the stress of academic competition, helps garner a nurturing and friendly school community that prepares our students for a global society wherein everyone is respected and appreciated, regardless of religious, ethnic or cultural background.
