The Institutes Announce 2015 Management Education
Malvern, PA (PRWEB) February 17, 2015 -- The Institutes have partnered with the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to offer the 2015 Management Education program May 22 to 27.
This five-day, interactive program provides experienced and high-potential managers and supervisors with organizational leadership training tailored to the risk management and insurance industry. Additionally, participants will:
• Learn how to successfully align and implement strategies
• Deepen their understanding of organizational dynamics
• Gain an understanding of the operational aspects of executing strategy
• Enhance their strategic business acumen and decision-making skills
• Build a new network of fellow industry participants
“In today’s business environment, managers and supervisors need a solid understanding of core business functions combined with real-world knowledge,” said Peter L. Miller, CPCU, president and chief executive officer of The Institutes. “Through this program, those looking to advance their leadership role will be better prepared to transition from functional management to leadership through a greater understanding of the insurance industry, business and people.”
A subsequent session of The Institutes’ Management Education will be held October 18 to 23, 2015.
