The International Avalanche Nest-Egg Takes Flight at This Year’s 2014 SIA Snow Show in Denver, Colorado
Denver, CO (PRWEB) January 30, 2014 -- The International Avalanche Nest-Egg is extremely proud to lay out its mission at the 2014 SnowSports Industries America Snow Show. The Nest-Egg was born through the hard work and dedication of the friends and family of skier Ian Lamphere, after he passed away last April in the Loveland Pass avalanche in Colorado. The primary mission of the Nest-Egg is to assist the children and families of avalanche victims with immediate and long-term financial needs following the death of a loved one. Its secondary mission is to increase avalanche awareness, and further support the responsible enjoyment of backcountry sports.
The SIA Snow Show runs through February 2nd, 2014 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. The show delivers the largest trade event in the snow sports industry. Industry professionals meet to engage in business, networking opportunities, parties, brand events and seminars to feel the true essence of snow sports.
We invite all attendees to join us at our booth #4666 every day to meet our team. On Friday, January 31st, starting at 4:30 p.m., with our friends from the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (http://www.avtraining.org), we will be serving cold refreshing beverages generously donated by SKA Brewing. Swing by, make a donation and get your Nest-Egg mug topped off with SKA Modus Hoperandi IPA.
