The Jones Agency Announces Charity Effort to Support the Colon Cancer Coalition Fund Raising Race in Atlanta
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) January 18, 2016 -- The Jones Agency, a locally owned insurance firm that serves both business and family clients throughout the Atlanta area, is launching a charity effort that will increase awareness and support for the Colon Cancer Coalition fund raising run this February.
The Colon Cancer Coalition “Get Your Rear in Gear” charity run is a yearly event in Atlanta, and brings in funds from supporters from all over the state. All funds raised from the Get Your Rear in Gear Race are set aside for local colon cancer support, screening services, and cancer prevention education programs for residents of Atlanta and other nearby cities.
“Colon cancer claims the lives of over 100,000 Americans every year, and this charity drive gives us a chance to help bring that number down,” says Brian Jones, founder and manager of the Jones Agency.
Jones and his team are working up a social media and email awareness program in an effort to attract more support for the Colon Cancer run this year than ever before.
