On Wednesday, January 8, 2014, the law firm of Katzman Garfinkel & Berger accepted two First Place Readers’ Choice Awards for the Legal Services and Technology & Communications categories during the Florida Community Association Journal's inaugural Statewide Conference & Expo held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The Readers' Choice Awards were determined as a result of 3,800 votes cast for the 155 service providers nominated by clients, friends and readers of the FCAJ. The Readers’ Choice Awards gave communities and board members an opportunity to nominate service providers they viewed as the top in their fields online during the months of September through November, 2013. Winners in each category received a Gold award for third place; Platinum for second place; and the Diamond award was given to first place winners.
