The project is located adjacent to the Chandler Mall on Chandler Blvd. According to Rick Huffman, Manager of Chandler Apartments, LLC, "the first phase of the project will open in October of 2015." Building permits were pulled on July 29th, 2014 and ground breaking began August 11th, 2014. The MET at Fashion Center is a gated multi-family residential development comprised of 172 one bedroom, one bath units and 131 two bedroom, two bath units and includes a 6500 square foot clubhouse designed by Lawrence Lake Interiors. Huffman said, "Financing for the project was arranged by Walker Dunlap with the lender being First Bank of Arizona." He further stated that, "the contractor for the project is Summit dck of Phoenix, Arizona and the property management will be performed by Alliance Residential Company.
