The Michael Lanteri Agency and the Purple Purse Foundation Introduce Unified Charity Effort to Assist Survivors of Domestic Violence
Fort Collins, CO (PRWEB) September 16, 2016 -- Michael Lanteri Agency, a Colorado-based insurance and financial planning provider serving Fort Collins and the greater Denver metropolitan region, is launching a joint charity effort with the Purple Purse Foundation to provide direct assistance to victims of financial and domestic abuse.
The Purple Purse Foundation is committed to both assisting victims of domestic violence and educating the public on the realities of both domestic and financial abuse. As a national Allstate organization, the Purple Purse Foundation works with hundreds of national, state, and local organizations similarly dedicated to eradicating all forms of domestic abuse.
“A recent report tells us that one in four women will experience domestic abuse, and the great majority of these women experience financial abuse as well – this charity drive will provide real assistance to abuse victims,” says Michael Lanteri, founder and acting manager of the Michael Lanteri Agency.
To publicize the Purple Purse Foundation charity event, Lanteri and his team have established an interactive social media platform and launched an email update bulletin to connect with communities across Colorado.
