The Pennsylvania State University Implements Propel™, Cohesive Solutions’ Performance Management Solution
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) April 12, 2016 -- The Pennsylvania State University has successfully deployed Propel™, an asset performance management solution for IBM Maximo customers from Cohesive Solutions. The rollout of Propel™ to over 60 users, including executives, managers and supervisors, offers Penn State exciting new capabilities to better manage their capital assets and continuous improvement initiatives. These capabilities significantly enhance the Maximo enterprise asset management value proposition to Penn State by providing visibility into the organization’s performance and enabling them to align their work processes with strategic objectives established to help achieve their desired performance goals.

The project launched in late August 2015, and within weeks the university’s core team was using Propel™ to deliver value and immediate insight into their operations. Propel accelerates time-to-value by leveraging a preconfigured Maximo adapter and a process-centric data model. The recent user expansion represents a phased approach to introducing Propel™ across the entire Office of the Physical Plant, which manages an array of responsibilities from energy generation to building maintenance.
