The Plaza Resort & Spa is Proud to Introduce Brian Lee as Executive Chef
Daytona Beach, FL (PRWEB) November 22, 2013 -- Brian Lee has accepted the position of Executive Chef at The Plaza Resort & Spa in Daytona Beach Florida, the award winning Three Diamond hotel. Brian has worked in one capacity or another as an Executive Chef, Private Chef, Corporate Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director for over 17 years.
Brian has always had a passion for food, entertaining and making people happy with his craft. He has run fine dining steakhouses, bistros, clubs, corporate hospitality, sporting events, casual dining and hotels. During his career, Brian has also contributed his talents to various types of charitable, social and non-profit events - trying to do his part in giving back to the local community. Brian has also participated in multiple televised promotional campaigns including Food Network’s show “Ready Set Cook” in 2000.
Brian is a native Floridian who is married and has three children, one girl and two boys; ages 15 years, 13 years and a 2 month old. He attended Johnson and Wales University of Charleston, SC in 1997.
Brian is pleased to have joined the culinary staff as Executive Chef for the Plaza Resort & Spa. His immediate goals are to reinvent the food experience at the Plaza. Specializing in both seafood and Southern regional cuisine, Brian will be rolling out new menus across the board at all food venues. Magnolias and the Veranda Bar & Grille will be the first restaurants to have the new menus, which will be introduced sometime in December.
