The Portale Agency and the Driven Organization Announce Joint Charity Event to Improve Educational Outcomes in Ohio
Westerville, OH (PRWEB) April 19, 2017 -- The Portale Agency, a central Ohio company that offers insurance management and financial planning assistance to communities in and around the greater Columbus metropolitan region, is working with the Driven organization in a new charity event aimed at assisting local schools and students.
Founded nearly ten years ago by former NFL stars Roy Hall and Antonio Smith, Driven is a multi-faceted nonprofit that seeks improvement via a wide range of programs that assist many parts of the community. Driven has helped distribute more than 575,000 pounds of food to hungry families, hosts birthday parties for children facing critical illnesses, offers motivational speaking for public and private audiences, and works to improve educational outcomes at regional schools.
“Our main goal during this charity event is to benefit local K-12 students, and we will also be working to raise money that will be used by school districts throughout the state of Ohio,” says Mark Portale, owner and principal agent of the Portale Agency.
