The REMM Group Adds Management of Nine Multifamily Communities
Tustin, CA (PRWEB) August 20, 2015 -- The REMM Group announced today that they have added nine multifamily communities to their Southern California real estate management portfolio since mid-June. “The properties are diverse,” said The REMM Group CEO Sara D'Elia. “They demonstrate the range of our expertise.” The properties vary in size up to 221 units. They include three senior communities, one HUD property, and several luxury apartments.
“Each of the properties has its own set of unique circumstances.” Ms. D’Elia added. “Some are going to require renovations to achieve the standard today’s renters and the property owners want. That is in line with our strategy to manage each asset as well as the rental income. Our goal is to create value by delivering increased income now and extending the life of the property for a prolonged return.”
One of the luxury communities is Villa Boutique Apartment Homes in Palm Springs. The 104 unit property is built to condominium standards. The one and two bedroom apartment homes have vaulted ceilings, designer colors, new kitchen cabinets, and in-unit washers and dryers.
