The suit alleges that although the Customer Service Engineers were required to log on to their computers to look up routes and work sites, load equipment into Diebold trucks and drive to the first job of the day while conducting no other personal business, Diebold allegedly refused to pay the Customer Service Engineers for this time worked, according to the class action Complaint.
