The Sanders Agency Extends Charity Drive to Raise Funds in Support of Texas Wife and Mother Fighting Breast Cancer
Abilene, TX (PRWEB) August 10, 2016 -- The Sanders Agency, a central Texas insurance and financial planning firm with offices in Taylor and Jones Counties, is continuing a charity event in honor of Amira St. James, a wife and mother of two in Abilene who has been diagnosed with breast cancer.
To date, the charity drive has already provided some assistance that will be used to help the St. James family come to terms with the mounting costs of Amira’s ongoing cancer treatment. However, since Amira has been confined to a wheelchair, her children Troy and Kayla will be unable to attend Beltway camp this summer. The continuing charity effort will help ensure that the St. James family will be able to spend quality time together between Amira’s treatments.
“We’re going to continue helping Amira and her family until her cancer is behind her, and we’re looking forward to seeing our friends in the community join us in showing their continued support,” says Rondall Sanders, owner and principal of the Sanders Agency.
Sanders and his team have already established a social media page that shares Amira’s story with supporters, and the team is remaining in contact with community leaders in the area over email.
