The Stafford Retirement Living Community Receives Deficiency-Free Survey
Lake Oswego, Oregon (PRWEB) December 30, 2014 -- Through a lasting commitment to its mission to enhance the life of every person they serve,The Stafford boutique retirement community has received its second-in-a-row deficiency-free survey from the Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS). The unannounced inspection, which is conducted every two years by DHS in accordance with strict guidelines administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, examined resident quality of care and quality of life, dietary services, fire safety, and environmental services.

The Stafford was found to have no deficiencies during the inspection. The deficiency-free score is the best score an assisted living community can receive and is a merit achieved by a low percentage of assisted living providers in the state. The survey process also included interviews with residents, residents’ family members and Stafford employees, and a record review of documentation.
“Our entire 12-member assisted living team should be recognized for their enduring commitment to those they serve,” says Cloutier. The care staff is comprised of: Jessica Mosher, Cara Hall, Meagan Kaufman, Rayzor Tebuteb, Sarah Vanderhoff, Tres Wright, Nancy Le, Edgardo Peteros, Taylor Smith, Jamie Sprout, Angela Holmes, and Tiffany Mann.
