The Tedesco Agency Joins the LifePath Systems Foundation in Charity Drive to Support Families Raising Children with Developmental Disabilities
Plano, TX (PRWEB) August 17, 2016 -- The Tedesco Agency, a family managed insurance and financial planning firm that provides services to businesses and families throughout eastern Texas, is announcing a joint charity drive with the LifePath Systems Foundation that promises to assist families of children struggling with developmental disabilities.
LifePath Systems Foundation provides a broad range of programs that address behavioral health and substance abuse issues. In addition, the LifePath Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program provides direct assistance to families with babies or young toddlers in identifying and addressing developmental disabilities. Through assistive technology, screenings, and assessments, the ECI program can help these parents teach their children essential life skills and family routines.
“LifePath has already assisted a large number of families in our community with developmentally disabled children, but many more families need assistance, and this charity drive will help make sure they get it,” says Jake Tedesco, owner and director of the Tedesco Agency.
Joined by his team, Tedesco is creating an online social media portal and launching an email update bulletin to gather support from local families and business owners for the LifePath charity event.
