The Tribble Insurance Agency and the Roc Solid Foundation Embark on Cooperative Charity Drive to Support Children with Pediatric Cancer
Ashland, VA (PRWEB) September 21, 2016 -- Tribble Insurance Agency, a full service insurance and financial planning provider with offices serving communities all across eastern Virginia, is establishing a unified charity initiative with the local nonprofit Roc Solid Foundation in an effort to assist area children struggling to overcome cancer.
For the last 20 years, the Roc Solid Foundation has worked to provide hope and support to families affected by childhood cancer by giving them a chance to engage in the simple joys of childhood despite their conditions. The flagship RSF program, Play It Forward, encourages parents and children to work together by constructing custom playsets and remodeling rooms.
“Roc Solid Foundation gives parents and children an opportunity to spend quality with one another and build something wonderful together, and these projects have a profoundly positive effect on entire families,” says Trip Tribble, owner and acting manager of Tribble Insurance Agency.
