The Upton Law Firm Names New Partner to its Connecticut Legal Practice
New Britain, CT (PRWEB) July 08, 2016 -- The Upton Law Firm is proud to announce the elevation of Associate Attorney Toney Pignatiello to Partner in the firm. Firm founder Peter Upton chose to confer partner status on Mr. Pignatiello in recognition of his contributions to the firm as a skilled litigator in many of the firm's leading practice areas, including personal injury, medical malpractice and criminal defense.
Mr. Pignatiello's skills as a litigator come from both training and experience. He is a graduate of the Trojan Horse Method trial skills program and also attended the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer College. While attending law school at the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover with a focus on criminal law and civil litigation, Mr. Pignatiello completed legal internships with the Connecticut State's Attorney's Office and the Office of the Attorney General. These hands-on experiences prepared Mr. Pignatiello to fight for his clients daily in the courtrooms of New Haven and Hartford County.
