The Vanderbeck Agency Joins Special Olympics of NY/Long Island in Charity Drive to Benefit Children and Adults with Special Needs
East Norwich, NY (PRWEB) June 21, 2017 -- The Vanderbeck Agency, a provider of insurance management and personal financial planning services for residents of the greater Nassau County region, is embarking on a community wide charity drive to help raise local funds and support for the Long Island chapter of the Special Olympics.
Special Olympics of NY/Long Island works to change lives and improve outcomes for differently abled adults and children through a series of athletic programs that promote acceptance, understanding, and inclusion for those with disabilities. Participants in Special Olympics events are able to experience the thrill of professional sporting events, build self-confidence, and create lasting friendships with peers and community mentors.

The Special Olympics of NY/Long Island charity event is the third major charitable organization supported by the Vanderbeck Agency since late last year.
