The Vigilance Group Launches Vital Personal Safety Skill Programs Targeting Schools and Businesses in Middle Tennessee
Nashville, TN (PRWEB) April 30, 2015 -- The Vigilance Group specializes in teaching the life skill of personal safety to individuals, focusing on the principles of “Vigilance, Awareness, and Skillfull Response.” The mission of The Vigilance Group is to give people permission not to be a victim. They provide the knowledge, training and confidence to empower anyone to avoid situations with potential negative outcomes.
Lt.Col., USAF (ret) Moose Moore, and his Vigilance team have over 50 years of tactical, special operations, and law enforcement experience. They created a new curriculum that teaches others how to live safely in a dangerous world. Moose’s passion and unrelenting dedication to empowering people to stay safe are admirable. Speaking to high school student bodies, sororities, fraternities, and sports teams across college campuses, Moose has given thousands of students the tools they need to stay safe. Training programs include character, self-respect and discipline programs for boys, as well as vigilance training for young girls.
“The challenge when faced with a dangerous situation is being able to think, and act, in that moment,” says Moose. “We provide knowledge, training and confidence to be able to act immediately and appropriately in order to stay safe.”
The Vigilance Group also speaks to businesses concerned with improving the safety of their employees. Recognizing the deep ripple effect a violent crime has on the productivity of not only the person victimized, but also their co-workers, Southwestern Consulting Group recently trained a large group of employees, empowering them to skillfully respond to any threat.
The Vigilance Group understands that in order to avoid a crime of opportunity, you need to remove the opportunity! Based in Brentwood, TN, the Vigilance Group is spreading the word about personal safety across the United States. For more information, visit http://www.vigilancegroup.com.
