The Webster Law Firm Welcomes Attorney Russell Serafin

In the past, Serafin has worked side by side with The Webster Law Firm, which focuses on personal injury. In fact, he was part of the successful trial team that received a favorable $7 million verdict in the 23rd Judicial District of Brazoria County, Texas (Case No. 72383), in a trial stemming from a train that went through a railroad crossing and hit a car with the firm’s client as the passenger. Additionally, Serafin assisted in the 2016 litigation involving the widow of a plane crash victim that was settled on the eve of trial (Case No. DC-13-13215 filed in the 134th Judicial District Court of Dallas County).
“Mr. Serafin will now be heading up our Invokana outreach,” said Webster, referring to the firm’s recently instituted practice area representing people who have experienced complications from taking the diabetes medication Invokana.
Prior to becoming of counsel at The Webster Law Firm, Serafin was a partner at Vinson & Elkins and was a solo practitioner. He has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and is expected to be a valuable new asset to The Webster Law Firm.
