The Willis Law Group PLLC is pleased to announce Alan J. Rosenberg has joined the firm as a partner in its Dallas office.

Rosenberg has litigated matters throughout Texas since he was licensed in 2002. He has considerable experience in the courtroom and in front of arbitration panels. In his role as Outside General Counsel, he represents a variety of companies, handling a range of legal matters, including corporate governance; contract preparation, negotiation, interpretation, and enforcement; litigation; real estate; collections; acquisitions; risk management; investigations; employment-related matters; and business strategy.
Rosenberg is active in the community and is pleased to serve on the Board of Directors at the Nexus Recovery Center and VMLC (formerly the Vickory Meadow Learning Center).
Rosenberg joins The Willis Law Group from Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP. He received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2002. During law school, he served as the executive editor of The Advocate, the SMU law school newspaper. He was a Dean's Scholarship recipient and Magister (President) of the Phi Delta Phi Honorary Legal Fraternity.
