The new LED Magic Bulb comes in two varieties – the smaller 4 Watt that is powered by 20 pieces of high luminance diodes weighing a little over a hundred grams. The other version is the 6 Watt, powered by 50 pieces of high luminance diodes and weighing at around a hundred and fifty grams.
The body of the light bulb itself has only three small switches to activate three distinct functions: the bottom switch is used to make the Magic Bulb operate as a regular everyday light bulb – it will provide luminance when attached to a power supply and switches off when the power runs out. The middle switch is there to make the bulb recharge while it goes into a stand-by mode and not giving out any light. The top switch is what makes the magic happen, when activated, it will provide luminance when the power supply is on. However when it goes off, the bulb will still bestow light for a maximum of three hours provided that it had been fully charged. This is also the mode in which the Magic Bulb can extended in length and be used as a make shift hand held flashlight.
