Theodore Babbitt Makes 2014 Florida Super Lawyer List

When it came time for sentencing, the judge told him he could choose detention or the Marines. He chose the Marines and served 6 months boot camp at Parris Island, South Carolina then six years in the reserves. “Joining the Marines was the best thing to happen to me because it made me realize if I was to amount to anything other than grunt status, I needed to get an education.”
At 72, Theodore Babbitt is still going strong both, professionally as well as personally. He still advocates for disadvantaged clients, takes on major corporations and industry, and volunteers for charities such as Pilots N Paws. He shows no signs of backing away from insurmountable challenges and still maintains an impressive track record both in and out of the courtroom.
