Think Ink Pens Surpass $40K in Funding on Kickstarter, to Release New Fidget Sliders for Pencils alongside Thinkwell Desk Toy
Austin, TX (PRWEB) November 16, 2016 -- Think Ink pen’s Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for their flexible, magnetic fidget pen has raised over $41K, surpassing their latest stretch goal of $40K. The Think Ink team continues to work on new developments and make strides on Kickstarter with a growing community of 690+ backers.
Think Ink pens seek to replace stress balls and unprofessional focus toys with a useful writing utensil that also serves as a focus tool. In order to add customization to the Think Ink experience, individuals will soon have the option to order three different styles of Think Ink Sliders to go atop their pencils. Co-creators Jym Daniel and Kent Lyon plan on continuing to add to this list and grow the Think Ink collection in the near future.
“You won’t really find anything else like our Think Ink pens on the market right now and that’s what Kent and I like to do. We like to set ourselves apart from the rest by creating things that no one has ever seen before,” said Think Ink co-creator Jym Daniel. “The Think Ink pen you see now is just the beginning. We came up with so many prototypes to reach the product we have now, so we can only imagine what Think Ink pens will look like in the future.”
Think Ink Sliders were designed with students and teachers in mind to help them channel their innermost creativity and focus better. The three Slider designs will include the Slip ‘N Slide, Li’l Thinker and Nutty Buddy to allow individuals to choose the tool that will best suit their focus needs. Sliders will accompany the Thinkwell desk toy that was inspired by the shape and design of old-fashioned ink wells. It’s perfect for fidgeting and also serves to hold the three different-sized steel balls that come with each Think Ink pen.
Early adopters of the campaign can pre-order Think Ink pens on Kickstarter for $40, which is 20% less than the future retail price. For every Think Ink pen ordered, a Thinkwell desk toy will be included for supporting the original Think Ink campaign. The team just introduced the Sliders after hitting the $40K mark in funding.
