This New Press Box from Allied Modular Is Likely to Be a Game Changer for All Sporting Events at White House Heritage High
Nashville, TN (PRWEB) November 07, 2014 -- $60K Press Box Donated to High School – White House Heritage High School and Head Football Coach Patrick Brown were in for quite the surprise recently when they were presented with a $60,000 custom built press box – a gift from Allied Modular Building Systems, Inc.
White House Heritage High School is located about 30 minutes outside of Nashville and they are committed to the community. Their dedication is quite evident in their mission statement which reads, “To maintain a structured community that ensures learning is our first priority.”
Coach Brown was totally surprised, stating, “I can’t believe such great people put this together. It’s just an awesome feeling!”
Coach Brown had been renting open air scissor-lifts to cover the football games, commenting that it could get pretty scary at times with weather being so unpredictable. “This new press box will definitely be a more comfortable environment for us.”
The press box was donated by Kevin Peithman of Allied Modular Building Systems, Inc.; however, Roger Denton of Roger Denton Heating and Cooling was integral in the process, as it was Denton who first mentioned to Peithman that the school needed a press box. Denton had an interest in the school as his children used to go there. When Peithman heard of the school’s plight, he went to work, custom-building the press box. Once the building was ready, Machinery Movers transported the 10,000 pound building to the school free of charge, and Denton donated his time and supplies to install the new press box amongst the bleachers at the high school.
When asked if Peithman had direct ties to the school, Denton responded, “No, he just likes to do nice things for good people.”
The new press box is likely to be a game changer for all sporting events at White House Heritage High School.
