Thompson Building Materials Presents Customer Appreciation Day
Fontana, CA (PRWEB) October 08, 2013 -- Thompson Building will present Customer Appreciation Day, its final event of the year, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12 at its location at 11027 Cherry Ave., Fontana, Calif.
Thompson’s fall line of products will be on display and many vendors will be there to answer questions and provide information about new products. KOLA 99.9 will have an on-air personality on-hand as well with music and giveaways from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will also be free food and drinks.
For the first time, the event will feature a pumpkin carving contest. There will be multiple age groups, and each contestant will get to keep their carved pumpkin. One contestant from each age group will receive a grand prize. Children participating will need parental supervision. Both pumpkins and carving tools will be provided. Carving will begin at 11 a.m., and contestants will have one hour to complete their design. The judging will then start at noon.
