Thousands of Americans “Seize The Day” with Zicam® Cold Remedy

Marketing managers at Zicam said the Facebook promotion was so successful that they decided to extend it – by asking their community to vote on the most worthy responses in a new promotion running through February 14.

These types of replies contributed to the idea of rewarding people with the chance to actually “seize the day” the way they want. Norian continued, “Many respondents mentioned using their day to care for and play with their pets, such as taking time to walk the dog or volunteer at an animal shelter. But the number one response people wrote was spending more time with family.”
The “Seize the Day Awards” promotion will allow the online community to vote on their favorite entries across give categories: Most Romantic, Healthiest, Best Family Moment, Best Pet Lover, and Most Generous. The winning response in each category wins $100 and a Zicam prize pack.
The upbeat and positive promotion was developed based on the insight that suffering through a long, miserable cold gets in the way of daily activities and hobbies.
