Three Accomplished Mid-Atlantic Area Real Estate Professionals Join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty
Reston, Va. (PRWEB) October 04, 2016 -- Three highly skilled real estate professionals recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Mid-Atlantic region: Mark Gaetjen in the Oakton, Virginia Branch, Dalys Keith in Bethesda, Maryland, and Steve Strohecker in Federal Hill, Maryland.

Gaetjen has 15 years of real estate experience—having closed $500 million in sales volume during that time period. Gaetjen joined PenFed Realty because of “its respected reputation and exceptional national and international marketing support.” Prior to real estate he worked as a Class “A” Contractor, offering home improvement as well as home financing services in the D.C. Metropolitan area.
Keith has 14 years of experience in the industry. Keith began her career as a family case worker in East Harlem, helping children as part of an outreach program with the New York Founding Hospital. From there she joined Grey Advertising as a media planner. Keith then shifted her career to radio and television as an NBC Radio executive before moving into the real estate industry in 2002. “My past and current experiences have taught me how to solve pressing issues, manage expectations, and negotiate the best deal for my clients,” said Keith.
According to Keith, she joined the company after meeting management and sales professionals, and because of the company’s global presence and consistent rankings as one of the world’s most respected companies. “Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty’s relaxed atmosphere and superior level of professionalism appealed to me as a way to strengthen my professional growth,” Keith said.
Strohecker is a third generation real estate sales professional with 41 years experience in the industry. He joined his grandfather’s firm in 1976 that was known as Security Realty Co. Strohecker launched his career from the family’s main office just south of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Strohecker’s passion has been focused on the renaissance in downtown Baltimore. Today, he is part of what is now known as the Federal Hill area in Baltimore. With numerous renovations and housing projects completed, Strohecker continues to help families find homes in the area and enjoy the likes of Fort McHenry, Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium and all the diverse cultures found on the peninsula. Strohecker also enjoys helping new agents.
