TicketForce Adds Enterprise Platform with Rights to Australian Ticketing Software
Mesa, AZ (PRWEB) January 28, 2016 -- Mesa-based TicketForce and Australian ticketing software platform, Softix, announced yesterday that TicketForce will have the rights to the software in North America. The new enterprise platform will be offered in addition to their current platform, which has been provided by California-based VisionOne for the past 12 years.
With the new platform, TicketForce will be able to provide larger arenas and venues with a complete solution that will meet the most intense demand and still deliver real-time reserved seat ticketing capability. It also comes with a suite of new technology features not currently available in the United States, like Invite a Friend™, Full House™ and PowerWeb Mobile.
The Softix platform is a multi-channel ticketing powerhouse, delivering real-time, integrated online, mobile, box office, call center and season ticketing with a single scaleable platform. From their origins as the Bay Area Seating Service in San Francisco, they’ve since joined the TEG Pty Ltd, Australia’s leading ticketing, data analytics and live entertainment company, providing the software for Ticketek—the lead ticketing provider in Australia.
“We’re thrilled to be adding an enterprise solution that will bring the newest technology to larger venues and arenas,” says Lynne King Smith, TicketForce CEO. “In addition to our Softix platform, we will retain our contract with VisionOne – a partnership we value highly. This enterprise level product has been on our radar for a number of years and will make a significant impact in the North American ticket market.”
TicketForce will be rolling out the new platform in Spring 2016, unveiling the new TicketForce.com, which will now cater to ticket buyers. Their ticketing solutions will be offered at sellmoretickets.ticketforce.com.
For more than 12 years, TicketForce has been a leading provider of ticketing solutions for a variety of industries, such as music, arts, casinos, racing, festivals, fairs, theatres and more. In 2014, TicketForce clients sold more than $80 million in tickets, and the company has sold more than 30 million tickets since its inception 12 years ago.
