Tindall’s Patty Peterson Promoted to Director of Organization Development
Spartanburg, SC (PRWEB) September 13, 2016 -- Tindall Corporation, a national leader in precast concrete, is pleased to announce Patty Peterson’s transition from Senior Project Manager to Director of Organization Development. In this new Human Resources role, Peterson will focus on development and training initiatives, including talent management, career planning and succession, and employee engagement.
Peterson joined Tindall’s Virginia division in 1995, and her duties have spanned engineering, quality control, contract negotiation, scheduling and estimating. During her 20-plus years with Tindall, Patty has helped manage many of the Virginia division’s largest projects.
“Patty’s experience and knowledge of Tindall and our industry make her an extremely valuable member of the Human Resources team,” said Kelly Scheib, Vice President of Human Resources. “She will be critical in spearheading the development of our most important asset: our people."
In addition to her work at Tindall, Peterson currently serves as the chair of the Financial Performance/Risk Management Committee for the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. She is also active on PCI’s Business Performance Council. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for the American Subcontractors Association’s national chapter. Peterson previously served as ASA of Metro Washington’s treasurer, vice president and president.
