TINYpulse Releases Slate of New Products During TINYcon Conference
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) September 20, 2016 -- TINYpulse, the market leader in employee engagement technology and the originator of the pulse management movement, released a raft of new products to better help companies control attrition and increase employee engagement on Tuesday at its TINYcon conference.
TINYpulse debuted LIVEpulse, a new product that gives employees access to an interactive feed of workplace feedback. The LIVEpulse environment borrows from popular social media platforms, giving employees the ability to vote and comment on workplace suggestions. LIVEpulse also shows a feed of Cheers, the popular TINYpulse peer recognition service. Allowing employees to interact with workplace feedback crowdsources the work of identifying important themes and issues affecting work morale and engagement.
For administrators, TINYpulse unveiled a text analytics product called Visualize, which will complement other new data analysis tools. Visualize uses natural language processing to accurately analyze and categorize qualitative feedback. That way, administrators will be able to find trends hidden in employee comments and suggestions.
LIVEpulse’s interactive features are a true alternative to rote weekly workplace surveys tools crowding the marketplace. These upgrades complement existing features of the TINYpulse Engage platform, including pulse surveys, peer recognition, suggestions, and private messaging.
“We wanted to create a product for workplace feedback that employees would have fun using,” TINYpulse CEO David Niu said. “But the prime objective of TINYpulse is to help managers retain employees, so at the same time we wanted to supercharge data collection for managers, giving them the technology to visualize feedback in an intuitive and less time-consuming way.”
The product announcements came during TINYpulse’s first conference, TINYcon, which is a gathering for progressive CEOs, team leaders, HR professionals, and anyone interested in healthier, happier workplaces.
LIVEpulse is available now for iOS and Android, and Visualize is available on web for beta. For more on features and to try out a trial of TINYpulse Engage with LIVEpulse, visit our information center: https://www.tinypulse.com/whatsnew.
