TiO Expands Its Partnership with LifeStyle Homes

The original partnership, announced in November of last year, indicated TiO would be standard in LifeStyle Homes' Seville community of 11 upscale custom homes in Viera, FL. The new expansion means TiO will now be standard in all new LifeStyle Homes, which builds an average of 120 homes per year.
Short for “Turn it On,” TiO creates hardware and software products that allow for wireless control of the home through a single app on a homeowner’s phone or tablet. The partnership with LifeStyle Homes represents the most recent in a series of multi-community partnerships TiO has entered into with homebuilders around the nation.
